Are Leaders “Entitled?”

The other day I had a great conversation with someone about leadership. He mentioned that it was frustrating to work for a leader who felt they were “entitled.” He described this as someone who, when they achieve a certain leadership rank, feel that they can just lord it over the people under them and don’t have to get their hands dirty.
